1. User Responsibilities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and the venue shall be Delhi, India.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company regarding the Service.
